  • We use Shiprocket and its associated courier partners to deliver orders across serviceable locations in India.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on your location, courier availability and other circumstances.
  • The estimated delivery timeline will be communicated through the available tracking details.
  • Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays, adverse weather or unexpected logistics delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
  • Any free-shipping offers will be subject to the conditions mentioned in the offer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at checkout, where available. You can use these details to track your shipment.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing an order. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details or an unavailable recipient may require additional coordination or re-shipping.

6. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will coordinate with Shiprocket or the relevant courier partner to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Please report visible shipping damage as soon as possible and share photographs of the package and product.

7. Payment Information

Payments on our website are processed securely through Razorpay. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Barecare Essentials does not store your complete card or UPI payment credentials.
